Grand Canyon West, Skywalk. Glass bridge at the edge of the abyss. Built in 2007 as a joint commercial project of Hualapai Tribe. The Skywalsk is located 4000 ft (1200m) above the Colorado River. The horseshoe-shaped bridge extends 70 ft (21m) past the edge of Canyon wall. Grand Canyon West is accessible by road, 125 miles / 2,5 hour to drive from Las Vegas. One section is just unpaved rough road 12 miles long. Be sure to drive SUV for this section. Camera is pointing form the Skywalk house into the Canyon direction Northeast.
